We’ve been involved in the production industry for over 15 years and we understand the needs of the productions, plus we first started renting our home to productions (and still do). That’s when we realized there was an opportunity to share this wonderful experience with others.
COMMUNICATION
We handle all of the inquiries across the major rental platforms and only reach out to you once we have all of the information needed. We also prioritize the quickest response time to inquiries, typically less than 1 hour. This ensures our listings rank well on the rental platforms and helps us lock in a property while the production is on their location search. It’s not uncommon for us to get a “Thank You” from the production for how quick we respond!
HOST STATUS
We maintain a priority host status on both of the major platforms, which signals to prospective clients that the home is managed by people that maintain a high standard of service when it comes to managing rentals.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Similar to Airbnb for vacation rental, there are platforms where properties are listed for productions to search through to find the space that suits their needs.
Once they find the place, they send an inquiry to the owner with the time and date they would like to find out if the home is available.
After the owner approves the booking, the production will arrive on the day and time to begin their shoot.
