We are offering our beautiful classic craftsman for rent for photo shoots and content production. The house was built in 1924 and maintains that charm you would expect from a 100-year-old home. There are wonderful shooting opportunities throughout the home, plus in the backyard. The house is approximately 1,100 sq ft with the living/dining room, kitchen, main bedroom, and bathroom available for interior shots. The whole lot is approximately 7,000 sq ft and has 4 structures on the property. It is set on a corner lot so the front yard wraps around the house on 2 sides. There is also a redwood deck that wraps around the house that provides amazing views of Orange County. The property is built on a hill that overlooks most of Orange County, the ocean and Catalina Island are even visible on clear days.
**No Permits Required** We are located in an Unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County, therefore, no permits are required to be pulled from the City of Orange! In our experience, past productions have attempted permit application through the County of Orange but have been told they are only required for productions of 200+ people, or if roads will be blocked.
