Our 1920's home is perfect for photo and video shoots that are looking for a very charming and inviting space. The house has multiple unique characteristics with the arched doorway, built-in fireplace, and combed plaster walls that provide an interesting texture. The furniture throughout has a comfortable appeal mixed with some industrial pieces. The floors are the original hardwood floors with a deep color and amazing character.
We are offering most of our house for productions, including: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Front Yard. The Bedroom and Kids' Room are NOT included in the rental, but can be added, if requested. The outdoors space is recently renovated and includes a couple of unique features including a stock tank hot tub, citrus trees, and amazing views of Orange County.
**No Permits Required** We are located in an Unincorporated neighborhood of Orange County, therefore, no permits are required to be pulled from the City of Orange! In our experience, past productions have attempted permit application through the County of Orange but have been told they are only required for productions of 200+ people, or if roads will be blocked.
