The standout feature is a large indoor/outdoor living area with accordion doors to connect the indoor living room with the outdoor living area. The kitchen in the house has been recently updated and has beautiful finishes throughout. There is a separate dining room and open living area with a pool table. The backyard has a large pool, built-in hot tub, and many different seating areas. Additionally, there is a bathroom and spare bedroom that are offered in the rental. The spare bedroom is small, but can work well as a talent holding area.
